ABOUT ME

Based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire - I am a level 3 Personal Trainer, Amateur Boxer, and Nutritionist.

​

Starting out my journey was particularly difficult as I didn't enjoy exercise at all. It wasn't until I found boxing that I found my passion for fitness. I began doing boxing classes and decided to start competing in charity fights. I realised how much I loved it and started to push for more.

 

I got a personal trainer who enabled me to strive for my new goals. It was at this stage that I knew I wanted to help others achieve their goals. Now, with the qualifications and knowledge, I am able to do this with the start of Hard Hiit Fitness UK.

From boxing sessions to weight training, I offer a range of activities in the form of 1-2-1, 2-2-1, and group sessions.

What do you do in your spare time?

​

In my spare time, I like keeping myself fit. I do this with regular boxing and PT sessions. Also, I enjoy other sports such as badminton and charity runs. When I'm not active, I'll be found binge-watching a Marvel series!

Who's your favourite athlete?

 

It's got to be Conor Benn! He started boxing at a late age and has made it. He seems genuine and down to earth and he inspires me to better myself and get to where he is in boxing. I keep up to date with what he's doing via his YouTube videos!

What's your favourite cheat meal?

If I had to choose it'd be TGI Friday's or Five Guys. A steak with Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce and chips from TGI's. A double cheese and bacon burger with all the toppings from Five Guys. You can still achieve your goals with cheat meals!

What are your goals for the future?

 

I'd like to build on your knowledge of nutrition, workouts and aftercare to continuously improve on your PT sessions. I want to take Hard Hiit Fitness UK as far as it can go!
